Between them, Jen, Lyndsey, Daren and Daren's accomplice, provided an absolute trouble free sale, installation (even turning the tub through 180 degrees at the last second)and chemical training. Well it's been in for a couple of weeks now and we are well chuffed. Using our tub during the snow and freezing conditions has really confirmed what a great purchase we have made. Darren and Jen have gone the extra mile for us by working round an extension that we have had at the same time as the spa being delivered. We had the spa dropped to us whilst we had access and then Darren came back to install and commission when the building was completed. The product (coast spa) has exceeded our expectations along with great customer service.

The whole experience of purchasing the hot tub through to installation has been simple and a pleasure. We found Jen very knowledgeable about the products and felt no pressure at all when deciding what to buy. Daren installed the tub on the weekend and this went very smoothly and quickly and we are now enjoying the tub every night. It is also reassuring that there is aftercare so that if you have any questions regarding the set up, the chemicals etc, it is easy to get in contact with Jen who will give her advice.
If you are thinking of getting a hot tub, i would highly recommend Hot Tubs at Home, was a pleasure dealing with them from start to finish.

We have always enjoyed using hot tubs but have only been able to use them when going away for breaks to places such as Forest Holiday Villages which can be very expensive. We, therefore, decided to look at purchasing a hot tub but didn�t want to pay too much. We found the Hot Tubs at Home website and saw that they sold pre-owned tubs. Having had discussions with Jen about the types of tubs, running costs, maintenance, prices etc. and going down to try them out we had the confidence to purchase a soft tub (Legend) back in February. As first time buyers of a hot tub we were very cautious and wanted to know everything but Jen provided all of the information in a clear and professional way. The delivery and installation was carried out by Darren and this went perfectly. Darren was very careful and meticulous (even polishing the tub prior to filling it with water) in ensuring that the installation was carried out well, showing me the points I needed to know along the way.

We have now had the soft tub for nearly 6 month and it has been wonderful being able to come home after a hard days work to relax in our very own spa. There is nothing quite like it. Also, we had had many friends and relatives over and they love it aswell. We have had a number of questions in that time and Jen and Darren have always been excellent in providing any information, help and support. So they are not just trying to sell they are also there to provide an ongoing support service and we would like to thank them for that.
So we would definitely recommend Hot Tubs at Home if you are looking to purchase a new or used hot tub.

I ordered a hot tub from *An Internet Retailer*.
I wish I didn't.
It took months to come, and when it did, the quality was the worst I have ever seen!

The instructions even use pictures of other hot tub brands. The shell looked scary and the spa didn't even heat.

I couldn't understand how to make it work, I contacted *The internet company* and they didn't want to know.

I contacted a dealer near to me who wouldn't even look at it either!

Do not buy a spa off of the internet, especially if it cannot be viewed or you know it is Chinese! (Like mine turned out to be!)

Jen & Daren have now taken my spa off of my hands and sorted me out with a hot tub I absolutely love.

I recommend anyone to buy from Hot tubs At Home.
